Joe Massey

Joe’s early years as a young person was spent growing up to the rolling hills of North Carolina as a Southern Baptist.

He was blessed with a 30-year career in the apparel manufacturing industry. During that period of time Joe lived in several countries in Central America, South America and the Far East. He rose to the position of Vice President of Manufacturing of a major New York apparel company.

One of the most important days of his life was when he married the love of his life, Kathy, in 1990. Kathy and Joe are blessed to have one daughter, Kasey, who married a wonderful young man, Ryan, just a few years ago.

Joe and his wife relocated to South Florida in 1994 and searching for a home church attended a medium size church in Boynton Beach for the first time. There he served a very enjoyable five (5) years as a teacher in the Children's Ministry and spent many years in the Men's Ministry as well. Joe was blessed to have directed the Men's Conference for more than five (5) years in addition to organizing the Men's Monthly Breakfast, the Men's Bible Study and served as Deacon and Elder for the church.

In 2012 when his brother Pastor Joe Trapani was God lead to establish Freedom Church of The Palm Beaches from his weekly Home Fellowship he went with him to assist in this new movement of the Holy Spirit. To this very all Joe can say is "Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, I am free at last!"
